First question you should ask yourself is why Paul just mentioned Greek which are the Gentiles?
Why not the Ammonites, Moabites, Canaanites, Ishmaelites, Edomites, etc.?
The short answer is Paul is not talking to everyone on the planet, Paul is referring to the lost Tribes, which is the northern kingdom that were in the Greek captivity but prove all things.
1 Corinthians 12:2
“Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.”

The 12 tribes of Israel divided into two kingdoms

The Northern Kingdom is consisted of Judah - Levi (split) & Benjamin. They are the Jews
The Southern Kingdom is consisted of Levi (some) - Dan - Simeon - Reuben - Napthali - Gad - Ashur - Issachar - Zebulun - Joseph. They are the Greek or the Gentiles
The split:
1 Kings 12:16
“So when all Israel saw that the king hearkened not unto them, the people answered the king, saying, What portion have we in David? neither have we inheritance in the son of Jesse: to your tents, O Israel: now see to thine own house, David. So Israel departed unto their tents.”
1 Kings 12:19
“So Israel rebelled against the house of David unto this day.”
“On the succession of Solomon’s son, Rehoboam, around 930 BCE, the biblical account reports that the country split into two kingdoms: the Kingdom of Israel (including the cities of Shechem and Samaria) in the north and the Kingdom of Judah (containing Jerusalem) in the south.”
